TOUR  PACKAGE (2 Nights – 3 Days)

Day 1:
Arrive Bankura (BQA)/Bishnupur (VSU) | Mukutmanipur Sightseeing
  • Arrive at Bankura Station by available trains or buses. Our car will pick you up from bankura station or Bishnupur station or bus-stand.
  • Check-in at hotel at Bardi pahar and get refreshed and enjoy the beauty of Kangsabati river by staying overnight at Bardi pahar.
  • After lunch take a ride of 30 kms and reach The Second largest earthen dam of India i.e. Mukutmanipur by car. At the time of sunset will give you a mesmerizing view with some beautiful clicks on your smartphone at Mukutmanipur. Enjoy boating over there

Day 2:
Day 2: Jhilimili-Sutan ‘Baro-mile Forest’ | Talberia lake Sightseeing
  • Checkout from Bardi pahar resort. Then proceed for visit of Jhilimili-Sutan Forest. Jhilimili and Sutan Forest also known as “Baro Mile-er Jungle” is 50 Km away from Bardi pahar.
  • There are viewpoints scattered throughout the forest from where you will get breathtaking landscapes. You will be happy to have a talk with king sized trees like Sal, Mahua, Shimul etc.
  • The forest is rich with different species of fauna and distinctive flowers and seasonal birds. To be the cherry on the cake, a vibrant peacock may come into your sight for a golden glance.
  • Enjoy the raw forest and thrill of hair-pin roads over Sutan lake.
  • Visit to Talberia dam, an isolated waterbody in between forests.
  • Therefore proceed for Rimil Eco Tourism and stay overnight there.

Day 3:

Checkout from hotel and Drop to Jhargram (JGM) / Bankura (BQA) station
  • This morning after breakfast checkout from hotel.
  • Our car drives to Jhargram via Belpahari and Drop to Jhargram station. In between journey you can visit ‘Jhargram Rajbari’ and a mini zoo at Jhargram. Catch train at Jhargram Station towards Howrah/Kolkata by Ispat Express (3:23 pm) / Ghatsila-Howrah Exp. (3:23 pm) with a good experience.

  • Our car drives to Bankura Railway Station. Catch train at Bankura Station towards Howrah/Kolkata by Aranyak Express (3:00 pm) / Ruposi Bangla Exp. (5:30 pm) with a good experience

Cost excludes:
  • Any additional snacks ordered by guest directly.
  • Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, soda, packaged water during cocktail.
  • Camera entry fees in any Park/Monument.
  • Tips and any expenses of personal nature.
  • Additional vehicle or boat (if required) other than group transfers and Jungle activities.
  • Extra expenses due to change in itinerary by guest, natural calamity, road block, political unrest, delay of flight or train and any other unforeseen emergency situation.
  • Expenses which are not mentioned in inclusions.

TERMS & POLICIES
  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check in at the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are a Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • Only PAN card is not accepted as valid ID cards.
  • The stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattresses. Breakfast charges may be applicable to the child.
  • Pets are allowed upon prior permission of the hotel.
  • Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  • Bankura Tourism is not responsible for any type of criminal activities by Guests during their stay.
  • Certain destinations may have different policies for specific times during the year.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to the Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Certain policies are booking specific and are informed to the customer while making the booking.
  • All disputes and complaints are subject to Bankura Jurisdiction only.
  • Cancelling is as Fast and easy as booking one. We would love to host you, but our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds in case your plans change.
  • Without an proper ID card of All Adult Guests, Check-in may be restricted. No Refund in this case.
  • 30 days or more prior to arrival: 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • 29-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
  • 14-07 days prior to arrival: No Refund in This case. Only date change is possible, Subject to availability.
  • Below 7 days or NO Show: NO cancellation or Date Change possible. NO SHOW means Guest not checked-in within 04:00 pm of C/in date without any information.
  • Cancellation During Stay: NO Changes can be done after check in. Full amount will be charged in this case.
  • If the cancellation happens due to CoViD lockdown or related circumstances, we provide a 1 Year credit of that booking amount from the booking date.
  • We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 60 minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.
  • For special discounted tariff/special package we don’t provide any type of refund. Only Date change is possible deducting 5% of booking amount.
  • Payment For Accommodation/Hotel Booking
  • 50% Payment required at the time of reservation
  • 50% Full & Final Payment required at the time of check-in
  • For Special Date Tariffs: 100% payment is required at the time of reservation.
  • Payment For Transportation/ Car Booking
  • 50% Payment is required at the time of reservation
  • 50% Full & Final Payment required before Check-Out
  • Payment For Tour Packages Booking
  • 25% Payment required at the time of reservation
  • 25% Payment required before 30 Days of travel date
  • 50% Full & Final Payment required before 15 Days of travel date
  • All refunds will be provided as per cancellation policy to Guest’s Bank Account/UPI payment.
  • Refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed.
  • We don’t provide refund for NON-Refundable tariffs.
