Booking/Cancellation Policy

Payment and Booking Policy:

• Payment For Accommodation/Hotel Booking
  • 50% Payment required at the time of reservation
  • 50% Full & Final Payment required at the time of check-in
  • For Special Date Tariffs: 100% payment is required at the time of reservation.

• Payment  For Transportation/ Car Booking
  • 50% Payment is required at the time of reservation
  • 50% Full & Final Payment required before Check-Out
• Payment  For Tour Packages Booking
  • 25% Payment required at the time of reservation
  • 25% Payment required before 30 Days of travel date
  • 50% Full & Final Payment required before 15 Days of travel date
• All refunds will be provided as per cancellation policy to Guest’s Bank Account/UPI payment.
• Refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed.
• We don’t provide refund for NON-Refundable tariffs.

Our Cancellation Policy :-

• Canceling is as Fast and easy as booking one. We would love to host you, but our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds in case your plans change.
• Without an proper ID card of All Adult Guests, Check-in may be restricted. No Refund in this case.
• 30 days or more prior to arrival: 5% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• 29-15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• 14-07 days prior to arrival: No Refund in This case. Only date change is possible, Subject to availability.
• Below 7 days or NO Show:  NO cancellation or Date Change possible. NO SHOW means Guest not checked-in within 04:00 pm of C/in date without any information.
• Cancellation During Stay :  NO Changes can be done after check in. Full amount will be charged in this case.
• If the cancellation happens due to CoViD lockdown or related circumstances, we provide a 1 Year credit of that booking amount from the booking date.
• We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings canceled within 60 minutes of creating the same booking. Any amount paid will be refunded.
• For special discounted tariff/special package we don’t provide any type of refund. Only Date change is possible deducting 5% of booking amount.
