Room ambience was very good, but outside maintenance is not upto the standard of Peerless group. From our lake view... room... We could not see the lake because of overgrown shrubbery. Staff were very polite and friendly. Special mention for Tapan Babu, who took every care of our comfort. Food choices were very limited, needs improvement.read more

Peerless Resort is one of the oldest resorts of Mukutmanipur yet so maintained till date. The staff members are very... polite and homely and the property is beautiful with a view of the dam. The cottages are also very cozy and pretty.read more

Can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was. I read some poor reviews before coming but didn't pay heed to... it and suffered. I paid around 5500 for the room looking at images online but when I reached here I found the rooms resembling a low grade lodge. All furnitures looked dated, like some 20 years old. There was no toiletry kit or complementary bottle of water. When asked receptionist said they provide only if needed. Quality of the food was even worse. Rice felt like it was sourced from Ration shop and all items tasted awful. The price of food was exorbitant. Water at Rs 60, Mutton Kasha @ Rs 615 and Shahi Paneer @ Rs 560. Amenities received were grossly inadequate compared to price charged. Totally not recommended.Please STAY AWAYread more

The rooms were pathetic. The entrance was utterly dirty, the beds were old, the bedspreads were old and discolored, the... window was permanently blocked, curtains were dirty and ultimate poor grade. I believe this room would be better to be classified as low budget rooms worth 500/.Also note: my driver accomodation was charged 999/ but he was put in a messy unhygienic dormitory and was denied drinking water!!Kindly do not fall trap by trusting the rosy pictures given in make my trip or other apps. I had booked for two days, but seeing such unhygienic, ill maintained and shabby room I had cut my trip to one night!!!Note: Please see my pics for authentication of my feedbackread more

Peerless resort is nothing but a scam at Mukutmanipur.The day we arrived,there was raining , and threshold of our... room was completely broken.When we complained,they did nothing,only add a towel to prevent the water at midnight.. maintanence is completely zero.. Snails were stuck in constant way in front of our room..and Earthworms were our room mate whole day..Activity room was another tricky way of them to fool people.. everything was lying their either being broken or damaged. I got completely disappointed after reaching there..food taste was not as per hotel standard..I spent money but after reaching I was in thought of the time to check out.. Staying there just is a waste of money!read more

Totally overpriced hotel in mukutmanipur.Very minimum services available.Water quality is not good at all in... washroom.No Clean towels, no extra bed sheets...Food is average with maximum price.Dam view is not good enough.A/C room rent Rs. 4000 + GST which is too much for such rooms.Rooms are double occupancy, but after charging us with the above price, resort team is saying... It's triple occupancy.Buffet price with mutton & fish is Rs. 500 whereas 2 boiled eggs is Rs. 100, 1litre mineral water is Rs. 53.It was a horrible experience for 2 consecutive days with insects in the rooms & beds, frequent power cuts.read more
