Can't even begin to describe how awful my experience was. I read some poor reviews before coming but didn't pay heed to... it and suffered. I paid around 5500 for the room looking at images online but when I reached here I found the rooms resembling a low grade lodge. All furnitures looked dated, like some 20 years old. There was no toiletry kit or complementary bottle of water. When asked receptionist said they provide only if needed. Quality of the food was even worse. Rice felt like it was sourced from Ration shop and all items tasted awful. The price of food was exorbitant. Water at Rs 60, Mutton Kasha @ Rs 615 and Shahi Paneer @ Rs 560. Amenities received were grossly inadequate compared to price charged. Totally not recommended.Please STAY AWAYread more

The rooms were pathetic. The entrance was utterly dirty, the beds were old, the bedspreads were old and discolored, the... window was permanently blocked, curtains were dirty and ultimate poor grade. I believe this room would be better to be classified as low budget rooms worth 500/.Also note: my driver accomodation was charged 999/ but he was put in a messy unhygienic dormitory and was denied drinking water!!Kindly do not fall trap by trusting the rosy pictures given in make my trip or other apps. Chicken Fried Rice from the Chinese section and Homestyle Chicken Curry from Bengali dishes were absolutely delicious.Also, we had opted for breakfast while booking our sty and were pleasantly surprised with the array of options they had. We stayed in 3 rooms for 2 nights in a group of family friends and we have had absolutely no problem with the service. This is no doubt the best place to stay in Bishnupur and the price is worth it.It seems there is one person who has put his thoughts in everything that this hotel has to offer. The breakfast spread is very good and has local delicacies on top of regular continental and Indian dishes. The music played in the corridors are mood setting and really nice. We stayed over a long weekend when the hotel was operating with full capacity and still we got service in few minutes for all types of need.read more

The manager and the owner are not only unprofessional and insensitive, but also terrible as human beings. Rude behavior to guests would be an understatement for the staff and manager of this hotel.The only plus point about the hotel is their food quality, however they often forget the order given to them, deny to provide the ordered food, and reluctant to deliver room service. Its a nice place situated on the main road, as you exit the Dam area of mukutmanipur. The hotel has a very serene... environment with lots of trees and some chickens, which roam around in the gardens. There are swings and a sitting area for having meals which is surrounded by trees. The food here was not that satisfying but didn't burn a hole in the pocket. Had been there for lunch, didn't have reservations for staying there. But the ambience was really goodread more
Its a very nice place to stay near the dam. They arrange everything nomatter what u want. The staffs are very nice and... helping. The food was amazing not too oily nor too spicy and too plain it was normal.read more
